International Construction Law Conference hosted by Manipal Law School, Bengaluru.
Manipal Law School, Bengaluru hosted the Third International Annual Conference on Construction Law on 6 June 2026. The conference brought together judges, arbitrators, engineers, infrastructure professionals, academicians and over 100 student delegates to discuss the evolving legal and commercial challenges in India's construction and infrastructure sectors.
The event served as a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue focusing on dispute prevention, construction contracts, arbitration, infrastructure reforms and efficient project delivery. It highlighted the growing need for strong legal frameworks to support India's expanding infrastructure ecosystem.
The conference was inaugurated by Hon'ble Mr. Justice B.M. Shyam Prasad, Judge of the High Court of Karnataka, while Prof. Ratan K. Singh, Senior Advocate and International Arbitrator, attended as Guest of Honour. Senior officials from MAHE Bengaluru and Manipal Law School also participated in the inaugural session.
